Program Overview

Our learning management system (LMS) is a full education service program that is designed for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, and delivery of educational courses, on-site training programs in the area of Project Controls and Executions. Our services are geared toward Corporate customer with urgent needs to establish PMO Program to manage their Capital Project.

Through our Web Platform, we enable teachers to create customized tests for students, accessible and submitted online. Skills assessments can be varied; from multiple question types such as: one/multi-line answer; multiple choice answer; drag-and-drop order; essay; true or false/yes or no; fill in the gaps; agreement scale and offline tasks. Our system will allow for attendance management and integration with classroom training wherein administrators can view attendance and records of whether a learner attended, arrived late, or missed classes and events.

We will expose and train you with a number of software applications such as; Primavera P6, MS Project and our in house Project Controls Software Application to help you gain in-depth knowledge in subjects such as; WBS development, planning/scheduling, earned value management, cost control, forecasting, cost and schedule analysis.
