The Clinical Operation Team is responsible for bridging the gap between the clinical users of the Client’s Software Products with production, quality, and sales teams. We are seeking a Sr. Clinical Consultant and Mid-Level Clinical Consultant to join an existing project team in Washington DC and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Candidates must have prior working experience in Healthcare and IT. As Clinical Consultant you will bring balance to Customer’s needs and our Client’s Quality Team to achieve a positive customer experience. Improve communication by interacting with operations to provide clinical insights of customer experience when non conformances are sent.

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and understanding of relevant clinical operations, products, and services to Influences customer perception about how the company is committed to provide a product of great quality.

Develops, plans, and manages site training programs to link the customer experience with defect awareness will Serving as lead consultant and resource to internal and external customers in multi-site and/or complex environments. In this position you will mentor internal staff regarding best demonstrated practices, Initiates discussion to obtain in-depth customer feedback for product and service improvement opportunities.

Daily Tasks will include, but not limited to:

  1. Completing diagnostic loss analyses and qualitative reviews to identify trends and maximum financial improvement impact for our clients.
  2. Conducting and supporting risk, clinical quality and safety process assessments with a focus on operational improvement and financial exposure mitigation.
  3. Developing and implementing risk management and injury prevention strategies for fee-based consulting engagements.
  4. Facilitating discovery sessions with client stakeholders to understand needs and propose/develop conceptual strategies to address those needs
  5. Delivering onsite visit and project reports summarizing services delivered and measurable results achieved.
  6. Working collaboratively within teams including risk control, ergonomic and casualty claims staff to execute initiatives for pre and post loss strategies.
  7. Manages the project work as defined by the government.
  8. Leads medium to large complex projects and major phases of very large projects. • Provides highly technical and specialized guidance and solutions to complex IT problems.
  9. Priority staffing for Linux VMWare Engineer.
  10. Professional certifications a plus. Examples include:
    1. Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP)
    2. Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
    3. Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS)
    4. Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM)
    5. Certified Safe Patient Handling Professional (CSPHP
    6. Certified Patient Safety Officer (CPS

Education: Minimum requirement is between 5-15 years of related experience with a Bachelor of Science/Arts or Master Level in Safety, Occupational Health, Nursing, Engineering or related technical major.

The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Total compensation and benefits consist of salary, group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, and flexible time off.
